For children physical exercise is incredibly important. It helps them build strong bones and muscles, which supports their growth and development.

Exercise is great for their mental health too - it helps reduce stress, improve concentration, and enhance mood, which is beneficial for their learning and overall well-being.

We're working with some of our local schools to find out how we can better enable children to actively travel to and from school.
