If you’re someone who loves our beaches in Waimakariri and uses them frequently, we want to hear from you 🏖️

The Northern Pegasus Bay Beach User Survey 2025/26 is the fourth survey of its kind, part of a series that began in 2019. Your response to this survey is vital in helping the Waimakariri District Council understand how well the Northern Pegasus Bay Bylaw 2025 is working to manage activities along our beaches, foreshore, and adjacent land areas of the Northern Pegasus Bay.

By sharing your experience you’ll contribute towards the next review of the Northern Pegasus Bay Bylaw, scheduled for 2030, and play a key role in protecting and improving this special coastal environment for everyone to enjoy in the meantime
