Aquatic Facilities Waiswim Customer Survey

Waimakariri District Council operate a number of aquatic facilities including Dudley Park Aquatic Centre, Kaiapoi Aquatic Centre, seasonal summer pools, swim school and aquarobics.

Each year we send a survey to our customers asking for feedback about the facilities and services we offer. This feedback is very important as it helps us understand better what our customers expect from our facilities and make improvements or changes if needed.

As a valued customer we want to know what you think about our facilities and customer service. Once we have collated your feedback we will get back to you with a summary of responses and any further steps we plan on taking.
